& im so frustrated with myself bc the only reason i need to go to WIC is so that i can get formula. if i hadn’t have stopped breast feeding i wouldn’t even need to be doing all this but i gave up on breast feeding even though he was doing so good.. i feel so stupid. ugh i can’t stop crying why is this so hard

I'm in the process of giving up on pumping, I'm just hardly getting any. It makes me cry a lot because I don't want to give up, but my body is being am asshole.

I know it's not much but everytime you take LO to the doctor ask for samples of the formula he's on. I did that with my DD and at each appointment I left with 4 cans!!! They are a little smaller then the average WIC cans but it's something.

I was only able to last a month with my first it’s definitely a lot easier this time around we have made it to six months and are still going feed is best

How long has it been? When I stopped breastfeeding my oldest I still had milk for a long time even tho it didn't feel like it. Maybe if you let him pacify on you it'll draw it back out over time

@morganmommy79, i breast fed him the first day so it’s been exactly a month since i’ve stopped

@kartersmommyy, you could always try. My milk stayed for awhile. I remember droplets coming out after even a year. Crazy but it happens sometimes.

@kartersmommyy Try breastfeeding again. It's pretty amazing how our bodies react to a babies need to feed! I know you're frustrated but girl, it's all gonna be okay.
