I don’t even know what a crib card is and I have WIC

They really just need proof of income and proof of residency

Babys crib card?? All I had to take to my sons first appointment was a paper from the hospital with his birth date and name and type of formula he needed to be put on.

@adamsmum, @lovemyson215, my wic office asks for their card that was on their bassinet at the hospital that gives them their name & measurements on it. i misplaced mine & hope i don’t absolutely need it

@kartersmommyy Yeah I don't think they would need it. Get the pediatrics to print you a paper with the information off from when she had her 2 week checkup. I think that would be fine.

They told me to bring mine but I didn't I just gave them his social and told them what he weighed

Did the hospital give you a paper so you could file the birth certificate? It should have all the info they would need on that such as his birthdate and etc

@lovemyson215, they sent me a “keep sake” birth certificate with his birth measurements and stuff. i wonder if that could work
