Went to the ob today for a doctors appointment. We expected that we would get to know the gender of our baby but when the midwife came in they said that we wouldn't even be getting an ultrasound done because the tech wasn't there and that they don't do it until later. So basically we didn't get the ultrasound that they promised us and went there just to get my blood drawn and blood pressure taken. Meanwhile my fiance is pissed because they promised that we would get one and we had his grandmother drive an hour so that she could be there to find out the gender with us. We scheduled the ultrasound for two weeks from now but I'm not getting my hopes up that its actually going to happen. We've been telling everyone that we would find out the gender today and they basically made us both look like liars to everyone we told so thanks ob. That was very freaking responsible of you.
