Thoughts on beer/ wine while breastfeeding?🤔

For me it’s a no until I stop breastfeeding. Other do it and then they pump their milk out to not affect the baby.

There are this things to test the milk if it had alcohol on it.

Alcohol doesn't affect breastfeeding. Personal choice. If you wanna drink then enjoy and feed your baby. Don't dump your milk ❕❕❕❕

@kambam beer / wine is a really thin ass liquor compared to hard liquors, so I imagine within 2-3 hours it shouldn't be much left in your system,...& Baby eats probably every 2-3 hrs! So I think I may just go ahead & crack open my bud already

Pump and dump...make sure you read the rules of how it works before you consume alcohol
