So we bought the house knowing it needed some things to fix it up and make it ours, but we weren’t expecting all of the junk and trash that was left.

I contacted our relator who is Awesome! She contacted the listing agent and gave him the pictures of all the trash left, he is giving us a reimbursement because the seller left such nasty trash and junk for us to have to take care of.
