@worlds.okayest.mom, I’m still traumatized from when I was in high school. I had no idea if my friends were alive and we didn’t have cell phones. It is absolutely the most scary thing. I have had conversations with my youngest on where to hide in her school if it happens
@worlds.okayest.mom, I shouldn’t have to talk to her about it but with how this world is, I can’t let her be in the dark cause that’s when kids get too scared to know what to do. A lot of these kids were bullied and it makes me so mad that these schools ignore stuff. I pulled my oldest out of high school cause kids were spreading rumors and also a kid threatened to shoot up the school and the damn school only had one cop on the campus for a couple hours then they brushed it off like a joke!

A kid brought a gun to a local school here today. I'm going to start looking into homeschool 🙄

Our school district is doing better on keeping people out but what about kids with guns or bombs. We need pat downs and detectors just like an airport
