Trump is a piece of shit and I can’t stand when people bitch about paying for food stamps. Your paying taxes regardless, get the fuck over it.

I understand not everyone is like this. BUT I know many people personally who refuse to get married and keep having kids to live off the state with insurance and food and housing and not fucking work. Those are the type of people that deserve food boxes: lazy pieces of shit

@caylintay, I understand that! That's not right people who manipulate the system but people who truly do need the help and work and try there best like me deserve help. Not lazy asses who are like oh I'll just live off the system instead of getting a job that's what makes me mad and makes people like me look bad.

Well I'm offended I don't work but I'm home taking care of my kids but I enjoy my steak and I should seems how I put in the work to raise it we farm somewhat just enough the we don't have to buy meat from the store cause I know what's in it and I also garden but in the winter things get harder I have like 20 bags of strawberries in my freezer I make jam and we love zucchini I wish I could find a way to store it for winter the other year I make like 50 zucchini breads plus we help out our family with our garden

@mommylovescoraline, I agree! Some people struggle even if they have a job or two jobs! Trump thinks everyone should have some great high paying job and if not to bad for you! well life isn't all rainbows and butterfly's for everyone! Half the people that have college educations struggle! Or can't find jobs in there field. I can't with him. He's horrible.

He’s planning to cut the amount of food stamps in half by giving the boxes. It’ll still be good we’ll all just have to learn to work with what we have. I don’t think it’ll pass anyways, but I also don’t think it’s the worst idea. It’s to make sure the children are getting fed and that people aren’t selling their food stamps. My SO works full time minimum wage and we struggle a lot, but that’s honestly because of the government (not just now from the past too) people used to be able to live an okay life on minimum wage, now it’s possible but very hard. I can’t work for medical reasons. I’m hoping even if it changes half to boxes that it’s still enough for the month.

Whoever is posting this on any platform has obviously never had the misfortune of actually needing food assistance. A box of food isn't going to cut it - what about allergies? What about meal planning? I understand there a very few bad apples who abuse the system, but for the most part the people on these systems actually need them. I stay at home while my husband works because my income wouldn't even cover daycare! He works his ass off to make ends meet, there is no "bust ass harder" unless I'm expected to A) raise my children as a single parent or B) work two jobs in order for someone else to raise my children for me. I have never in all my time bought steak or lobster with food assistance. Heck, we rarely even get ANY meat or fresh produce because healthy stuff is so expensive! I meal plan and stick to cheap and simple meals to conserve $$ and make it last the month. This is the first I'm hearing of this. Trump and all of the people who support this disgust me.
