I've been on my period for going on 4 weeks. The blood loss is making me feel faint. When do I need to go to the Dr?

Note: I have the nexplanon implant.

I bled for 2.5 months after I got mine but now I don't get periods anymore. I hated it and was considering getting it out but then my periods stopped so I'm happy now and feel better.

I waited two months before I finally gave in and went and got it out. It wasn't the bleeding though it was the fact that I had horrible painful cramps everyday. The bleeding was irritating but the cramps were the thing that finally made me get it out. Insurance often won't cover for birth control cost if you have it removed because they already paid for one type to last 4 years.

@mrshammond17 it's gotten to the point where I'm dizzy and feel faint. I had to leave early tonight because of it.

@mrshammond17 I work in a factory from 7pm to 530am. I'm miserable and just want it to stop.

My friend had to get that taken out because it was making her bleed too.
