Nothing, babies can go up to three days without pooping. As long as he isnt acting super fussy or uncomfortable, just leave him be. 😊 call his pedi if you are super concerned, but my son was like that and it was never a cause for concern.

My son would do the same thing if he didn’t go every day! We started putting dark Karo (like what you Cook with) in his bottles. Worked miracles! The pedi told me to do it. It’s just sugar which helps them go more easily... like giving a toddler straight apple juice for the same problem except clearly yours is too little for juice!

Hey girl. My advice is to take a q-tip w some Vaseline and stick it up his rear end swirling it around a little. This method is super affective and the poop should come right out. You can also try massaging his belly clockwise (this helps with gas).

Your LO is at the age where there Bowl Movements are going to be a little off . If you breastfeed I suggest eating a high fiber for the next 4 weeks to help the little man out . Don’t get to worried , both of my girls did the same thing around 1 / 2 months . Luna only pooped once a week for 2 weeks ! I was scared but her doctor told me it is normal , unless you see your baby in really bad discomfort . And please don’t give your LO anything or stuck anything in his bottom till you talk to your doctor. Remember none of us are doctors, we are just telling you what we’d do . I hope this helps .

Gripe water works great for gas and constipation, but if your breastfeeding it’s normal for baby after a month old to not poop everyday.. he could just be gassy mommy. Rub his tummy and if it’s hard then he’s most likely gassy..
