You can freeze your breastmilk like ice pops and let them teeth or chamomile tea works too

My daughter is three months also and I got one of those nuby bibs that has the grippy part on the end for them to bite on and I just put it in the fridge so it’s cool but not frozen and too cold on her little mouth

I bought one of those mesh feeders and froze breast milk into a silicon ice cube tray, then put the small cubes inside the mesh feeder and let her teeth on that. If you're breastfeeding your milk has a natural painkiller in it. My daughter would hum every time she nursed while teething. The vibrations from her humming and nursing helped soothe her pain.
