Anyone have any advice? I haven’t been able to sleep tonight because I keep having nosebleeds, bad nosebleeds to where it just pours out takes a good 20 minutes to get it to stop for the most part.
My fiancé says I’m pregnant because his sister had the same thing happen when she found out she was.
I have 6 days left until pregnancy test.
Edit: I don’t have high blood pressure unless pregnant, I did with my first.

It would be a little early in a pregnancy to be showing signs of nose bleeds. It could very well be just dry air causing dry sinuses. It could also be that you have a blood vessel close to the skin that gets irritated by the dry air and bursts. I can't give you advice on what to do other than try a humidifier and never turn your head up when the bleeding starts -- most people seem to do that. You don't want that blood in your stomach so lean forward instead and pinch til it hurts. If it continues I'd see a doctor.
