Our bubba has her first cold 😢. Don’t think I hardly slept last night from listening to her trying to breathe through her bunged up nose. What can I give her/ do for her to make her feel better? Iv got baby Vicks.

I use olbis oil in her bath. 4 drops. Let her sit in it and breath it in for a while. It helps my daughter straight away. Or I put couple of drops on her muzlin and put it near her nose so she can breath that in. Works wonders for us.

Saline spray and the calpol plug in. Not sure on age. A steamy bath will help too. And maybe some vapour bubble bath. Asda sell there own one x

when Brody had a cold when little, my midwife advised to put a cushion under the mattress to prop one end up so gravity will help the "snot" to run out. Sounds gross but did work.
