I wonder at times when my daughter is sleep an then out the blue she starts screaming in her sleep an I'm looking at like what just hit? What super natural crap is messing with you, an how to get rid of it? Cause i don't like when she has these nightmares and i think that's why as of January she's been on the "i need mommy to sleep" binge, cause if i put her down like i normally would she freaks out n reaches for me, n it breaks my heart to see that😭😢😢😭 I want to stop it but idk how to, cause I'd rather hear her laughing in her sleep than screaming 😭😭😭😢😢

Mine does it to!! I just comfort him and tell him that's not a good dream...we don't dream of bad things...he usually calms down but always reaches out to make sure it's me there...then he goes into smiling aleep

@prtybrowneyez, my son used to do this at around the same age. They aren’t bad dreams, they’re night terrors and your kid doesn’t know what’s going on and by the time they go back to sleep, it’s over with.
Sounds worse than it is, but according to his doctor, the best thing to do is help him go back to sleep.

@fasciamom wow, but it's just weird cause at times she'd she'd wake up an look around then go back down or don't even open her eyes at all am calm back down
