This just in: my child is about as stubborn as they come 🤦🏼‍♀️

My oldest threw a fit in the car. I reminded her that only little babies, like her brother, cry like that because they don’t know how to talk to tell me what they need. And since she is a big girl, she needs to use her words to tell me what she needs. She continued to cry so I asked her if she’d rather I treat her like a baby and she looked me dead in the eye and said “yes”. So I did to prove a point. I didn’t think she’d last 5 minutes!! We got inside and I laid her on the couch and put her in a diaper like a baby. I told her she wasn’t allowed to talk or get up. I carried her upstairs and put on her pjs and told her “okay, you’re going into the crib in your sisters room and she’s going to sleep in here with all your toys!” She didn’t even react 😬 so I took all the blankets and pillows out of her sisters crib (because babies sleep on a bare mattress) turned out the light, and shut the door. I started to play loudly with her sister in HER room with HER toys. Nope. Nothing. So I went downstairs to grab some cough medicine for her sister, planning to go back up and switch them back because I figured she’d be begging to be in her own room! Nope. I look at the monitor and SHES ASLEEP 🤯🤦🏼‍♀️ whaaaaat the fuck. So I go back up and switch them back, I sit her down in her bed and she’s crying because she wants to go back in the crib and be a baby 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I said “babies don’t get to play with these fun toys!” “I don’t care”. “babies don’t get to bake cookies with me tomorrow and eat chocolate muffins in the morning” didn’t even blink...so I broke out the big guns...”babies don’t get to go to Disneyland” (her favorite place on this planet) “I don’t want to go to Disneyland, I want to be a baby”

YOU STUBBORN MOTHERFUUUUUU.....can’t you see I’m trying to teach you a lesson?!?! So I swaddled her in her comforter and left her on a bare mattress and left. She’s still there..asleep...I knew she was stubborn...but oh my god. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
