At all times or only when feeding. ?

With my oldest o got that pain with thrush. But with my second I only got it when feeding and it was me feeling my "let down"

@nerdymommyplus2, at all times. It’ll happen randomly after feedings. I thought my daughter and I had thrush and I went to urgent care. The doctor said she was fine and had no thrush. I’m still feeling the shooting pain after feeding or pumping.

hmm would suggest clogged duct but for clogged duct and mastitis they recommend just feeding and pumping and warm compresses. It's the best way to resolve both.

@nerdymommyplus2, my daughter does have white in her tongue and like white on her gums, but the doctor said the white is because she has a inhaler for her bronchiolitis. I am currently with a warm compress on. I do work 40 hours a week and I can only pump 3 times a day. :( I was taking lactating pills and I thought it was because my supply was increasing.

If the white spots look raised or on her cheeks then I would take her back in because thrush can occur in a blink of an eye. I never noticed any pain when my supply increased but I also didnt pump either

@roguemommyofjx3, if I squeeze my breast like a sandwich I do feel some lumps. But the weird thing is that my breast don’t feel full. I just fed my daughter. I do feel a little under the weather like if a fever is coming on. This whole week my old pump was barely getting anything out while at work (I was due for ether new parts or a new pump) my new pump barely came Friday and i successfully pump 4oz each time i pump. With the old pump I was barely getting 2 from both breast. I also don’t have a set time to pump. Sometimes I can go 5-6 hours without pumping
