Last night was hell! My husband had to help me out of bed many times because my back wouldn't allow me to get up myself. I took Tylenol and used a heating pad and it helped to where I could get up myself during the night to use the bathroom. I learned to lift with my legs 😂 it's safe to say I over did it yesterday...
