Some women when they have babies close and especially if they r the same gender they have a baby sprinkle. Mainly asking for diapers and such and some do gift cards as well.
It's hard to say for clothes per say since u can probably reuse at least some of what u have now especially if the baby is the same gender and it seems they will be the same seasons as well

I had one for all 3 of my kids...don't listen to people saying after kid one u shouldn't have another one..either they will come or they won't lol

@lillyb The only things that's on my registry are diapers, carseat, and a double stroller
