Everytime baby starts to bf my milk kinda just drowns Her ike I have an oversupply...I'm thinking of pumping for 1 min before feeding g, so she can feed longer, cause when this happens she only needs for about 5-10 mins, and has really bad gas and spit up from being full too fast! Thoughts?
She gags or coughs when the milk pours into her mouth,

Pumping will cause even more of an oversupply. trust me i have it and you dont want it It is miserable. You should get a hakaa pump. Also try laying on your back while nursing. that can help slow the flow

I absolutely love it I use it and it is awesome. I literally got 250 ounces of milk in 4 months using that

It isnt a true pump. It is a suction collection cup and I use it while nursing the opposite side

You dont mess with it. You suction it to the breast and leave it alone. it catches your let down while you nurse on the opposite side. Definitely less harsh then a pump.
