Mom's what brand do you recommend for prenatal gummies ?

Alive prenatal taste great...no after taste...i was taking vitafusion but they were to sour like eating candy..but once I took the alive for a week omg my energy was great I felt great

Short answer: I like Spring Valley.

Long answer: I started alternating with Alive gel capsules to make sure I’m getting enough iron. Most gummies don’t have iron, which you need for the baby. I’ve also read that the absorbency rate of gummies is only 30 percent, so I’m not a fan of taking them all the time. I like alternating with a pill-form vitamin. (I also take a separate iron supplement since I’m anemic, which you may not need. But some iron in your vitamin is good.)

@deejd @italmama111 they don't make prenatal ones they just have the kids multivitamin and you would take 2 every day but that would give you the same a prenatal one would. That's what my doctor recommended to me. The only thing I don't like about them is they are kinda chalky
