Not for pp but in general depression. Wasn’t my thing. Didn’t have any effects just didn’t really make anything change

If ur feeling depressed I know it's cold but go for a walk or some sort of exercise....im a manic depressant and bi polar and I refuse meds as they do nothing for me but either numb me like a zombie or just make me angry...and natural ways to help me is walking anything outside...it can be hard to get up and get moving but once u push urself to get out I promise ull feel hella better

I wouldnt ignore PPD it's no joke. If getting out helps then do that but if not give the meds a shot and if it doesn't work out then stop. It takes a about a week to see a change. I took Zoloft for PTSD and anxiety before I had my son and it helped alot. It actually was to the point where i begged my doctor's to keep me on it while I was pregnant because i was having severe thoughts of suicide. So far after his birth I feel alot better.

I take Zoloft for my PPD and I’m breastfeeding. My milk is fine, there is no shortage or anything. I have a low dosage of 25 mg and I have never felt better. I final feel like myself. It wasn’t until I upped my dosage to 50 that I started to feel like a zombie or irritable. But being on 25 was amazing. I was totally against taking medication, but it really does make a difference depending on different people. Just saying.
