I need advice everyone because I don't get regular periods and I can't predict how long my cycles are my doctor told me the OV apps will not help me and the OV test are not going to be help either so what do I do to track when I'm ovulating???? Should I not track or take any OV test like what do I do so confused!

Ok thank you I was so frustrated with my doctor do you ladies know a good opk test I should buy that come in multiple packs since I'm going to need to test like every single day after my cycle and my doctor was telling me that if I was to use the opk test that I need to test twice a day because you can peek at any time is that true as well?
I am irregular and I start tracking a bout a week after my period since my cycles jump from 28-40days. I say start testing after your cycle...
