Good morning ladies!! When is the best time to get an epidural?? I'm only dilated 1 cm and having back to back contractions that are at a level 10!!! I'm being induced and My doctor is asking me if I want the epidural now, but isn't it too soon?

focusing on your breathing is major key, but if you feel that you can’t handle the pain i say go for it and get the epidural plus you’ll need some energy for when it’s time to push. Good luck momma hoping it goes by fast  ❤️

Usually 6 cm I think ...just focus on your breathing you can do it!
