I cried when the nurse told me I gained 9 pounds so far 😭😭😭😭 like how? I've been throwing up

Just think gaining weight or not your still making something wonderful and worth all the effort and everything in the end! :)

How much water are you drinking everyday? During both my first trimesters I lost 10-20 pounds and that’s with only cutting soda out and drinking only water

I fill up my fridge with bottled water so I can always have cold water. But, no matter how much water I drink, I'm still feel thirsty. @nicolealison

@just.dulce, that’s how I was I try to drink a gallon a day but I know that’s crazy when you think about it but I drink at least 4-5 water bottles. Majority of it happens at night I dont know why but at nighttime I’m dying of thirst haha

@nicolealison same! I always have water on my nightstand cause I'll wake up so thirsty! And okay, I'll def try to drink more water and slow down on any sugar intake.
