Has anyone ever had bad painful cramps in their abdomen followed by a (again tmi) super runny Bowel movement? For the last like 5-8 minutes I've been having really painful cramps and now I'm on the stool. I just entered the second trimester.

Yeah sounds like a little bit of ibs. Hormones are to blame.
