Okay... my baby will be 1 in 17 days and obviously out grew ALOT of clothes. My question is am I selfish that I don't…

I don't think so..eventually you'll be okay with it or you'll have another baby that's a girl & be happy you saved them :)

Not selfish at all. I’m going to keep most of my girls’ clothes as well. Maybe I’ll give some away here and there but heck no not all of them 😂 If I don’t have another girl, I will cut them up and use them in some kind of quilt for when she graduates high school! That’s what my mom did ☺️

I don't think so, my son has out grown most of his clothes and he's in 6 month sizes now so I have a big trash bag full of his clothes that I keep saying I'm gonna donate, but I never even really think about doing it... 😶

Lol nah my SIL is the same. I'm grateful for it actually. She helped with my daughter. Her youngest is 3 and she finally let some stuff go

That's a fantastic idea! There are certain outfits I am absolutely in love with and I've been trying to figure out what to do with them! He might not like it since he's a boy, but I can always just keep it at my house so he can use it when he visits home ❤

@damiensmommy1117, My brothers all got quilts for their graduations too and they all love them! Everyone gets cold 😉 My mom mostly just saved any T-shirt’s or jackets that we seemed to favor and once we outgrew them, she snatched them out of the Goodwill box. We never knew she was doing that until we saw them in our quilts!! 😂

If I had the space I’ll save it !

I've given away some basic onesies and pants, but she has jumpers, sleepers, and dresses that I just adored on her and can't seem to ever think of getting rid of them. If I would have a boy next, it'll be my last and I'll most likely make a quilt with my absolute favorite outfits of hers and give the rest to a family member or friend in need.

I don’t think it’s selfish at all, especially if you plan on having another baby down the road. Could really be money saved if you have another girl. I have a huge bin that’s filled with nothing but newborn to 12m of my daughters clothes. Now I just started over the last year or so going dig out a few outfits here and there to give them to a friend who had recently had a baby girl.
