@raquely my internet is slow any bad weather comes i have no tv my bill is over 300$ a month and all i have is internet and basic tv every month im getting charged for shit i don't have since August of last year i have to call these ppl every fucking month about it i hate them!
Whatever you do, DON'T go to Dish Network. I had problems paying my bill when Hurricane Irma came through, and they wouldn't even waive the late fee. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me. Then they charged me $100 to take their stuff back.
@mrsdejean32 I actually just switched to Direct, and they've been really good to me so far. But it's just TV. I live in the middle of nowhere, so trying to get internet is a joke. Dish Network actually had me in tears. We went a week with no power after the hurricane, I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food in my deep freeze, and they were the only creditor that would not give us any sort of break. I hope their company president falls down with his hands in his pockets.
