I’m going on about 3 weeks of no breaks from my kids. This is the second day this week where we’re iced in the house.…

I've only had 1 break in 4 years and it was just recently!! I know how you feel.

@mommiesaremagical14, ugh I’ve only recently started getting 5-6 hr breaks from my in laws taking them on Saturdays but they’ve been traveling and I miss those few hrs lol

@j.andtaysmama the first time I attempted to have a little time to myself since my daughter was born she was 9 months old. I left her with her dad to go out and get my nails done which would have taken me about 2 hours mostly because I might have stopped for a coffee too. But when I left it only took about 45 minutes for him to start blowing up my phone asking if I was done and if I was going to come home!!! That was the last time I had time to myself besides waking up early in the morning and having a quiet cup of coffee which has been the only time I get to myself anymore. But about a month ago my father-in-law came over and picked her up and took her out for the day so I could have the whole day to myself. I have to admit I was torn half of me didn't know what to do with myself and the other half just wanted to do everything!!

@mommiesaremagical14, yessss! I know what you mean! You’re half sad and half relived lol and yeah sometimes other people make it impossible to relax when you are away from the kids. My mom does that. But hope you get some you time soon!

@j.andtaysmama well I'm hoping to get her in school soon so I can get a job. I know it sounds silly but a job is a break for me, LOL.

@mommiesaremagical14, you don’t gotta explain that to me! I’ve been a stay at home mom for almost 5 years and it’s by far the hardest job I’ve ever had! So yes a real job is a break😂😂😂😂
