It does get worse /: I would use a bunch of pillows & it would still be hard for me to get comfortable
But what would help me a little was burning essential oils (mostly lavender) & a sleeping pillow mist . Candles would help me too . Just anything that smelled bomb asf would help me & soothe me faster to sleep . & stop drinking like an hour or two before you go to sleep you won't have to wake up & pee .
