MD. I’m 28 and have been told I’m “anemic” but I “go up and down”. In October I found out that my levels of iron were at the point where my hematologist said “how are you even living, functioning?” I had to get two iron infusions.

My nephew was the same way and ended up having some serious issues that thankfully my sister caught on by the age of 4. It's better to be safe then sorry!

Start cooking his meals in an iron skillet. It's a start. I've been anemic/low iron forever
