At my appointment last week, my doctor said the baby is in the transverse position. (She’s laying sideways.) I went to the chiropractor today because of severe back pain and the baby is still sideways, BUT CHANGED SIDES. They said she’s having trouble turning head down and I don’t know what to do. I can barely move from the back pain now. Someone please help me! 😭

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
