So they are telling my offer isn't good enough for the store. I already knew it wasn't going to work out. I have put my self in a panic the other day because I knew they wouldn't except. But I knew if I didn't try then I would regret it. I'm a little sad, because I was hoping it would work out for me. But that isn't the case. They needed more then 30% down. And I thought 30% was a good down for saving and not having it before. I am studying up on it more and getting a handle but it is still a process
