@maloaug, our lease is up in April, and I’m due 3 weeks. I wanna wait till baby gets here tbh 😩 but I also have to deal with two toddlers as well I’m already 3cm and been in preterm labor last week so I think he’s gonna be here soon.. my ob appointment is Wednesday so I’ll get checked and see if I dilated More or not I’m just so ready to be on my feet 😭😭
@sassymomof3, oh ok. Well do you. If you feel like you can make it work. To me that just seems like a lot right before your baby comes and a lot of stress on you. Moving and unpacking and getting a new place ready right before your baby comes. Our lease is up the same month our baby is due and my husband asked if I wanted to move and I looked at him like he was crazy 👀 lol Only place I’m moving to is from the hospital to my bed at home! Lol
@christinecoutureringo, that’s good to know, I just really wanna be on my own with my kids. And I do have income, I’m just on maternity leave right now about to have this baby.. so it sucks at the moment
@sassymomof3, if you don’t have credit it isn’t good or bad you just don’t have it. Some places will work with you if you prove that you have stable income. They may even just do like a background check instead of credit check. It’s really just about finding the right place to work with you
@christinecoutureringo, @raquely, @maloaug, I never had credit before... like I don’t know what it is and never dealt with it before so idk if it’s good or not credit karma even says I don’t have credit
It all depends. If you’re looking to rent different renters have different requirements. Most are standard like credit checks and/or proof of income. If you look around and are honest with whoever you are trying to rent with you will find someone who will work with you. Just look around and give it some time. It might not be super easy but it’s definitely possible. Good luck 👍
