And the worst girlfriend award goes to me.......

Had a very vivid dream and thought it was real, (in my dream I was sleeping and I woke up, looked over and caught my boyfriend on his phone on meet me talking to other women.) I hear my alarm go off to wake my boyfriend up for work and immediately started going off at him, I was like "What the hell, why are you on meet me? Why would you cheat on me?" And literally, when I realized I woke up to my alarm I felt terrible, the dream felt so real and I lost it on him, I apologized immediately for it and explained about the dream but i think he is still upset and I feel horrible about it..... What would you do
