@mumkipchumba I'm sorry to hear that! It sounds like you need to get on some good meds, and even if you just get out for a walk, it helps lighten the mood.

I kept thinking it'd subside, but it won't on its own, you've gotta seek help with it, and learn coping strategies! Also getting out of the house helps, and music too!

@mumkipchumba meds and counseling are the only things girl, I ended up going into a mental hospital for 8 days, cause it became so bad!!!!
