Is chicken and rice okay to eat while breastfeeding not fried chicken just oven cooked chicken

Pretty much anything is ok to eat while breastfeeding, unless your baby has allergies. Calories help keep your supply up

You can eat legit anything unless/until you find something your baby doesn’t tolerate like some people end up having to cut out dairy, etc

@lizibear84 okay thank you I know her pediatrician told me I shouldnt eat certain foods because it causes problems in some babies

@rachokai yea I noticed some foods cause her to have diarrhea

@rachokai I haven't tried chicken but I know I cant drink milk it gives her alot of diarrhea but I can have yogart that doesnt do anything to her I can have otmeal I cant have mac and cheese It also gives her diarrhea but regluar brick cheese is fine noodles are fine but I cant eat pizza it gives her diarrhea and makes her spit up and I cant eat hardly any soup unless it is just a ham type soup
