It’s his pulse!! That’s why it’s throbbing. If it’s sunken in tho that’s a sign of dehydration. Is he peeing regularly???

It's normal. My sons soft spot is just now fusing shut.

May be a bit dehydrated I have no clue tho but I think remember that
