When I First Found Out I Was Pregnant I Was So Scared I Thought About Adoption Even Abortion Bcus Im An Autism Mom With Lil Support I Have To Stay Home All Day All I Have Is My Mom She’s At Every Meeting Dr Appointment Yu Name It But To Me Its Not Enough Nd She Gets Tired Of Being My Only Support It Gets Hard Sometimes Nd Can Be A Bit Frustrating Having A Son That Is Non Verbal Nor Is He Really Independent On Potting On His Own He Goes Days Not Wanting To Eat Sometimes I Go Without Eating Bcus Its Hard To Watch Ya Child Not Want To Eat Each Day I Show Him My Stomach Nd Let Him Know Were Having A Baby I Don’t Want Him To Feel Alone When She Comes Nd Think I Forgot About Him I Pray Everyday Things Don’t Become Hectic Having To Care For Two Kids That Needs Me For Everything I’ve Been The Strongest I Can Ever Imagine Doin This On My Own I Hope My Kids Have An Unbreakable Bond I Kno Its Gonna Be Hard At First But I Got This 💪🏾 This Isn’t A Pitty Party I Say This To Let Any Autism Mother With Lil To No Support No Matter What Yu Have To Deal With Yur Strong Yu Can Do It God Gave Us These Kids For A Reason I Swear My Son Is A Blessing 💙

My son's autistic so i can relate in staying home and his dad n i are his only support system. My son has sensory issues so eating for him is very limited and he drinks boosters to help him gain weight and get the nutrion he needs. My son is so much calmer with his lil sister. He wants to help all the time.

@charmed040309, Staying Home Is Depressing I Swear Im Ready To Get Back To Work But My Son Comes First Nd I Used To Give My Son Pediasure But He Likes It So Much He Rather Have That Then To Try Eating So I Took Him Off Of It The Only Thing He Likes To Eat Is White Rice Plain Spaghetti Noodles Nd Dry Cereal I Guess Its The Starch Taste 🤦🏾♀️ But He Is At The Weight He Should Be I Jus Wish He Would Eat More Atleast

My son Autistic as well. I Definetly can relate. He has people come out for him and yes its Extreamly frustrating. I completely understand. I thought was gonna be extremely hard with lil man but after he hit about 8-9 months became lil easier my 3 yr old and 14 month old are at the same learning level. He wants all his toys we get the baby.

I have an autistic brother and I know how hard it’s been on my parents .. as he grew older we found more programs for him and aids to come in and help .. there’s a nursing program here in New York helps out so much and gives the family some peace to know you have someone help .. you are not alone and if you’ve lost friends because of your beautiful baby then they were never friends at all

@ccancilla3, I Have My Son In A Few Programs Besides School The Only Thing Is Having To Be Home All Day I Don’t Wanna Be A Stay Home Mom I Wanna Work They Have Someone That Can Come To My House Nd Watch Him But They Won’t Put Cameras So I Can Keep An I Eye On Them I Don’t Trust Anyone Being Left Alone With Him I Suffer Enough Sending Him To School

@destiney, I agree with cameras you never know .. especially that our little men can’t talk to us .. but you also can hire someone and the state will reimburse you well in New York they do .. I know you don’t my mother didn’t want to either that’s why she got so sick and I have a good friend that’s a social worker and she tells me about mothers who give up on their children because they didn’t have peace of mind

I have a 15 year old mild autistic son but he was taken away from me when I was young and I lost him due to not having a apartment but he's with my ex's auntie in Georgia an his 13 year old brother with him so I only have my 3 an my another two in California with their father and my six-year-old had gotten into a car accident and the grandparents don't know that my son has a disability now that I can see clearly and for my daughter who's in the hospital what she is my first baby girl is undergoing a lot and she may need SSI for all the delays that she has plus her eating how chromosome 15 is not there she was born without it and she is albino because a chromosome that's supposed to be there for the color of her hair and the color of her skin and a couple of eyes is not there and God only knows what will happen later on I pray to God she doesn't have anymore disabilities and as of now she's been in the hospital and still will be close to 10 months because of the delay of a muscles and her eating🎀🙏😖💞🌹😔
