I use it to help my daughter stay latched.. Without it she’s not able to stay latched

Sensitive nipples, inverted nipples, or correcting a bad latch.

Help when baby can't latch, help if nipple gets blisters. I always have to use one the first month or so.

@raelene_g they go by sizes. Most women fit a medium. A lactation consultant can fit you or you can look up how to measure at home
