Not only did Jackson Hewitt charge me and my husband $560 to file taxes without telling us the guy screwed our taxes up. We should have gotten $1,000 more than what we are getting. They also didn't give us all of our documents when we filed. And we now owe the federal government money because he didn't input our information in correctly. Now we have to pay about $400 to have our taxes amended and fixed. Come to find out when we went to H&R Block to have them see how bad this guy messed up. They fired the same guy for screwing peoples taxes up. I'm so pissed right now. Beware of Jackson Hewitt mama. We are waiting for the regional director to contact us because of how badly this guy screwed up and I'll be putting up a fight to get my $560 back so I can use that money to have our taxes fixed.
