@natalie.louise89, @rubywest0901, tried a bit of fruit purée and she hates it at the minute! So I’m sticking to baby porridge (which is yummy I can tell you!) and maybe baby rice pudding for a few weeks as they taste creamy and milky so not too much of a shock. Not sure if @kayteamay thinks any different?x
@rubywest0901 @natalie.louise89 @hayleyf ive given Maeve porridge as breastfeeding wasnt enough and she wont take bottles. Start out with bland things like porridge and baby rice to get them used to the sensation of eating before moving onto 'natural' taste so things like fruit and veg maybe from about 6 months. Try to keep some variety so that they dont become a custom to just sweet or just savoury. Although my little bubbles say Maeve is 3m she is actually 4. I only gave her about 2 table spoons and she absolutely adored it!
@kayteamay, she hadn’t had a poo for three days... (usually has one every other day) but she had a poo tonight (in the bath!) and it was different, a lot more solid! Sorry for TMI! Lol. But no signs that she has been constipated so I think it’s just hanging things a little. Going to keep an eye on it though x
