Try biotin. I went through two rounds of hair loss since my twins were born and although it’s a slow process I can see new growth.

If you take vitamins it should help.

It happened to me around my edges. Was really patchy and thin. Looked so bad I cried real good then I just cut my edges off since they were falling out anyway. It grew back slowly with MORE grey strands!

Ugh tell me about it! I only breastfed because my daughters were born premature and Nicu suggested I do it. I enjoyed it until I got zero sleep and since I have twin babies it was extremely stressful. I winged them off breast milk by fortifying my bm with the formula to add calories and now they are officially just formula fed. & Thank you hun! I'm just curious though, are you breastfeeding ? I breastfed for 6-8 weeks and slowly winged her off my milk to formula. I really enjoyed breastfeeding but I wasn't producing enough and I wasn't getting ANY sleep. I'm first time mom as well !! Ever need to talk, I'm always here !! 💜❤️😁👶🏻
