Why is netspend prepaid card so fucking hard to activate. I call the people and the person I can barely understand. She takes all my information and ss number and everything. Then she says I need to send them a pic of my ss card, proof of address, and a pic of my photo id. Like send it where and why????? Didn't even give me a email or anything to send it to. I'm fucking pissed. I'm glad I only uploaded 10 dollars to the card and not anymore cause now I can't even use it which is absolutely ridiculous. Just wasted 14 dollars on nothing.
