I think it really just depends on your body

I had mines done Wednesday and still nothing just my mucus plug coming out slowly and bh contractions . Went back on Thursday to check to see if I had made some progress but nope I was still dilated at 2cm and 60% effaced no changes ! Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't for me it didn't . So now I'm being induced next week .
