Have y’all ladies heard of VBAC? I’ve been doing my research and my doctor had said I would be able to deliver my baby vaginally since I had my 1st vaginally and my son with an emergency c section. Has anyone had one and succeeded?

@raisinglittledoves, thank you so much it’s been 6 years since I had my daughter and I forgot how it felt lol I do remember the recovery is also faster than c section

Yeah I made it to 9cm, felt like I needed to push around 6cm and the incision felt really tight and odd but all went well so there's no need to really worry about it opening! I really hope you don't experience that again 🙁 really hoping things so smoothly for you too! xo

@raisinglittledoves, wowww! That is awesome and you made it all the way to 10cm? Like when did you feel you needed to push girl with my son they didn’t even give me a chance I made it to 9cm and I told them I didn’t feel like I needed to push so that’s why they gave me the c section but also his heart rate was dropping I hope this time I get to experience it again

It did feel really strange near the area of my incision, like I worried about it opening or tearing but the doctors said even the tissue inside didn't tear the slightest bit. And I had to push super hard lol after she was out, the incision area felt normal again so it was just the pressure 😊

@zanesmama94, yes you can I think I’m pretty sure if you read the comments some women had more than 1 c section and still had a vaginal delivery

I just have a question..So 3 weeks ago I had my first and I had to have a c section it wasn't emergency it was because he was too big he was 10 pounds...so I could still have a vaginal delivery my next?? I got told most likely no which made me sad I wanna go through a natural birth process

Yep 😊 my son was born vaginally, second son was born sleeping during emergency c section due to placenta detaching and then had my daughter vaginally a year later 😊

@nessairieray, find a midwife or doula, they have TONS of experience and have worked with lots of women who have had them

@nessairieray, yeah she is on the process of looking for a new doctor because the one she has right now flat out told her he would not support her and if she chooses to do it don’t call him when she goes to the hospital have the on call doctor deliver the baby so that was kind of discouraging for us but we found a doula that will coach her through the entire process and so now we just need to find a doctor

I have my sister is actually planning and researching to do one as well she had two c sections but it’s been 4 years since her last one so we’re praying she gets to experience vaginal birth I’m the only one out of 3 that has had a baby vaginally so we’re hoping she will get to as well I pray you get to have yours as well
