Why Do Adults Act Like Kids Over Household Items?

People wanna be hiding the TOWELS, toothpaste & before me and bf bought some they hid the toilet paper and we had to use my sons baby wipes and napkins lol. Why do grown ass people have to act like little ass kids & cant say like hey, you think you guys can buy some toothpaste like damn dude I thought moving back with my bfs aunt would be different. But it ain’t. And she’s my sons Nina. I feel like I chose the wrong person to be his godmother.
