Josiah woke up yesterday with a fever of 102.5 so we took him to the clinic & without even rly looking at him they said he has the flu 😩 only symptoms were the fever but now he has a stuffy nose & a little cough. I feel like the worst mom, ever fml

Your kid/baby getting sick doesn't make you a bad parent. No matter how hard any parent tries a kid/baby is going to get sick and to be honest it's good for them. It helps to build their immune system as they get older. You did absolutely nothing wrong. Don't be so hard on yourself.

@beemommyof3, no, they didn’t. He has no fever this morning either so I’m thinking the tamiflu script is unnecessary but idk

They should test before diagnosing. That is crazy and tamiflu can cause hallucinations so be careful

@beemommyof3, right? His only symptom was a fever which I know can be an early sign but they were so quick to push the tamiflu. She said it was the flu before even looking at him at all
