Hey ladies (I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow)
I just wanted to know what you guys think my son will be 3 months on the 12th of February he is only 9 lbs. He still fits in size newborn, when we took him for his 2/3 week appointment he was 10.6lbs so he lost 1.6lbs he is also very pale. He is formula fed he drinks 12 oz sometimes more every 3/4 hours I'm just worried he's drinking to much and not gaining any weight. What do you guys think. ???

Drinking 12ozs every 3-4 hours seems like so much at one time. If hes eating all that, that often he should be gaining 😓 Hoping you get answers for your baby boy at the appointment! We’ll be thinking of you.

Im praying for your little one. Did u have any thyroid issue in the past or even during your pregnancy? Ask the doctor to check his thyroid levels like his TSH, T3 and T4. Hypothyroidism/ hyperthyroidism is a common cause of weight loss in infants.
