Has anyone ever taken or is taking fenugreek capsule to increase milk supply? If so how long did it…

It was fast for me. Don't remember how fast but it helped tremendously

@newlywedmama21, I’ve been taking it for a maybe 4 days now and haven’t noticed anything yet I herd from other people that once you start to smell like maple syrup it means that it’s working lol idk if that’s accurate

@newlywedmama21, and yes I’ve been pumping like crazy but only manage to get 2 ounces at a time 😩

@mariacardnz123 I think that's all I took. But I power pumped in the hospital before bringing baby home so maybe that had something to do with it?

Milk is supply and demand, more frequent pumping/nursing is the only way to increase supply.

You dont need a stash for returning back to work. You will create one once you pump while your away. Make sure you are giving the baby fresh milk each day and not frozen milk
