I don't understand this doctors office...like this office is speceifally for pregnant women...but…

I had to do a research/opinionated paper about scheduling appointments and learned that appointments just promise that you’ll be seen that day and that all doctors pick and choose who they want to see.

@crystal.newman yeah...that is apparent In this office 😑 lol I don't understand tho...like I can't sit for 10 minutes on a comfy ass couch...what makes them think I can sit for an HOUR in these chairs! Ugh

I was totally the person that made everyone wait for their appointments today. I confused what times my neurology and my neurosurgery appointments were so i was 2 hours late to one and 5 hours early to the other. And they saw me at both 😂😂😂😂

I used to get impatient, but with my first pregnancy I went in for a normal check and they found no heartbeat. My doc wasn't on call that weekend for surgery so I had two docs in my room explaining procedures and my choices. Clearly I was a disaster, but I had both docs for a significant amt of time. It made me much more patient knowing that you never know what might be going on behind those doors and that if I ever needed them I knew they'd take the time to help me understand and feel conforted. Long story, but just a little perspective :) I hear ya tho, the OB is neverrrrr on time

@katejcalvert I'm really sorry to hear that...and I understand...but I call ahead every time to make sure they are on schedule and that I won't be waiting for an hour and they always say yes 😩 it's just too far of a drive to have to reschedule bc I can't sit for that long....
