A lady in my complex goes around the building and takes random stuff out the trash cans.

I live in a higher class area so it’s not uncommon for people to say “one mans trash is another mans treasure”

@queenmee, I do as well. I’m just curious what she does with it all, but she’s always walking away with her bad full..I can’t imagine the things she finds!

@mommyof1boyy, someone left a bag full of groceries by the dumpster last night, lmao I watched it happen....like literally didn’t even throw it in, just set it there because we do get homeless people who come by at night. My husband was going to go throw it away because he thought people were just being lazy, but he realized it was a bag full of food(not even expired) and walked away from it...he said maybe someone wants to feed the needy but this isn’t how you do it🤷🏻‍♀️

Probably tries to repurpose/resell. Whatevah

@mamawolfe18, I bet she does too! I’m kinda upset that I didn’t start anything like that. People throw away a lot of stuff here, I did find my son a mini trampoline that has the mesh around it so he doesn’t fallout...IN PERFECT CONDITION!

That's so awesome! It doesn't hurt to take a look and see if you find anything good. It's just going to a landfill and goes to waste when other people could use it.

We live in apts and people always find stuff. we have found 2 five shelf bookcases, a baby walker, a bed frame and a little table we refinished

@kandbh922, if we had a bigger apartment I’d take a lot of what’s left beside the dumpster. Our best find was a brand new cat tree 😂 I was so excited when I found it!
